Thistle and Green Bees, Utah Nature Photography Vintage Building They made for an awesomeThis Thistle and Bees Botanical Photography was taken on a hike in the Utah desert, in Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument near Buckskin Gulch. We took our time hiking and I took notice and note of every insect and flower that I saw, These bees on this brightly colored thistle bloom were striking against the orange and red rock all around. The strange, green, bees were especially exciting. I've yet to find out their exact species but they're
