Heimann Csaladi Birtok, Kekfrankos Bati Kereszt 2020 Nestares Eguizabal The Very pale green-yellowThe grapes for this wine are from a single vineyard site called Bati Kereszt which is only 1 hectare. The nose has delicate spicy and earthy notes accompanied by lots red orchard fruits. Think soft plum. The palate has an initial burst of this same fresh tangy fruit along with a little white pepper. There is a lovely element of fine tannin that brings everything together very nicely.
