Dailuaine 15 Year Old 2007 Rare Find #9003782 55.3% 70cl Chichibu hints of lemon and honeyThis 15 year old single cask Dailuaine was bottled by Gleann Mor Spirits for their Rare Find series. Distilled in 2007, the liquid was finished in a white wine cask, which is unusual for for Dailuaine! Nose: Vanilla fudge followed by sweet cherries and tart raspberries. Palate: Raisins, shortbread and chocolate covered Brazil nuts. Finish: Long, sweet and warm. Gentle spices linger.
