Highland Park Valfather 47% 70cl 1989 Palate: Some dried oak spiceHighland Park Valfather 47% 70cl Nose: Fragrant with orchard fruits, creme brulee, some toasted cedar, sweet spices, hints of paprika and crushed almonds. Palate: A smooth rich tone of Brioche, add in some rich sweet smoke, toasted marshmallow and spices, pears and soft baked fruit and oat biscuits, some honey and salted caramel, a little tangy and smooth right into the finish.
