This single malt was first matured in ex bourbon American oak barrels for 3 to 5 years before being finished in a Sherry cask, imparting flavours of honeycomb, burnt orange and maple sweetness. Prior to bottling this expression is hydrated with pure Albany water, to bring it to an approachable 43%. Handcrafted using
