The business remained family run until 1981 when it was purchased by Bayer Ltd. In 1985 Morris Rushton took over the business but in 1987 it became part of County Potteries PLC, which also owned Carlton Ware. By 2008 the company had closed permanently. This item is a porcelain trinket or snacks tray manufactured by Old Foley, Longton, directly after 1955 and decorated with
