Valentin Valles, Rollier 2018 Roussanne this one made us reassessSyrah dominant blend, whole bunch macerated in stainless still tank for 2 3 weeks, then pressed with a vertical wooden press. The wine is then aged in barrel for 10 months. Soils are a mix of sand and silica.
