Following the same production process and mash bill (68% corn, 16% wheat, 16% barley) but this version has matured for over three years in new American oak casks. This adds depth and complexity of flavour with an exceptionally long finish on the palate. Perfect neat, on the rocks or even in a classic Old Fashioned! Nose: Sweet corn, vanilla, orange, and a hint of oak.
